Don’t believe what you read about how great this vacuum is – This vacuum is supposed to work across floors and it doesn’t. The only floor it works on is carpet forget hardwood floors. It won’t pick up anything on hardwood floors so I have to sweep instead.

Great vacuum! True to advertisement this vacuum has a ton of suction. So much suction that vacuuming small bathroom rugs without switching to an attachment isn’t possible.

Don’t buy if you have plush carpet. – Terrible piece of equipment. While it does work nicely on close loop carpet. You can use on plush. And my plush carpet isn’t that plush.

NOT MULTIFOOR! Was explained to me by Dyson that there is not height adjustment for new carpeting and it won’t work unless worn. – Was explained to me by Dyson that there is no height adjustment for carpeting. The vacuum literally will stop dead on carpeting! The brush shuts off.
