This Space-Saver humidifier from AIRCARE is sure to complement any decor. Our humidifiers work by adding invisible moisture to your environment by moving dry air through a saturated wick. Maintaining proper humidity levels between 30-50% in your home/office/workplace has been scientifically proven to help prevent the flu and allergies. Proper humidity hydrates your skin, alleviates dry eyes, scratchy throats and can reduce snoring. With a doctor's approval, increased humidity can reduce asthma and allergy symptoms. It also protects fine furniture, musical instruments, collectibles and wood floors. Proper humidity makes you feel warmer allowing you to lower your thermostat setting which will save money.
Humidify a large area without taking up a lot of space with the Space Saver. Choose from the two-speed analog model, or the three-speed unit with a check filter indicator. Both models have an adjustable humidistat, auto shutoff, refill indicator, and casters for easy maneuverability. It’s all in a compact unit that will fit easily into any home. Poor planning!!! – Only 2 speeds, low and High. Low is great, super quiet. High is like a small prop plane and not useable unless you’re deaf.

Not good – This product is shipped from a third party. When I opened it up upon arrival I found it broken. Because it is shipped from a third party you must have a return label sent to you to return it.

Minimal impact for 2700 sf. – Minimal impact for a 2700 sf home. Running on high, house increased a maximum of 10% humidity from 25% to 35%. Fan is relatively quiet on low setting. Medium setting has an annoying motor hum.

All I have say is read the instructions on how to setup and control how long it runs to maintain the moisture and IF you do that it maintain and will not run all the time.
